What areas do you cover?

We cover Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. If you live outside of this area we may still be able to help so please get in touch. Alternatively, we may be able to recommend other providers.

What are your operating hours?

Our office hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Our services are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

How much do you charge?

What if I don't like my cleaner?

Although we are confident that you will like every member of our friendly team, if you are unhappy we will send a different member of staff. However, we would like some feedback from you to help us improve our service.

What if I want to cancel?

You are not locked into a fixed term contract with us. However, for administration purposes we usually ask for seven days notice.

What measures do you have in place for security?

All members of staff are required to wear a uniform and must wear a name badge. You will get the opportunity to meet your cleaner(s) before they start work with you.

Are you insured?

We are fully covered by Public Liability and Employer's insurance.

What can't you do?

We will always try our best to meet your requirements. As a general rule, we cannot perform services outside of the home such as gardening duties and we cannot do any home maintenance such as putting up shelves. However, should you require these services we are able to recommend a limited number of reputable tradesmen at your request.

For Immaculate Extra Care, we would like to point out that this is only a domestic cleaning service and that we are not able to provide any personal care services. However, we always aim to work with care providers or relatives to accommodate any special requirements you may have.
