Contracts and Minimum Working Times

Immaculate do not insist on a minimum cleaning time, although generally most clients require at least two hours. Immaculate will not require you to sign a contract although We would kindly ask you to give us at least 7 days notice if you wish to make a cancellation.

We're always happy to increase the number of cleaning hours we can offer you at your request. If you ask us to increase our hours we will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible as required. We would kindly ask that you give us 7 days notice if you would like an increase in hours where possible.


For Immaculate Home, we typically issue an invoice every fortnight. However, alternative billing periods can be arranged and payment by standing order is also accepted. Invoices must be settled within 14 days of receipt.

Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or through a direct bank transfer into the company account. If you wish to pay using cash, this can be given to your cleaner who will always issue you with a receipt.


The Immaculate Cleaning Company and all their staff are fully covered by Public Liability and Employer's Insurance. Documents can be shown on request.
